After sales policy
1、 Newerabalisong is committed to product quality. We assure you that your product will not have any manufacturing defects. If you do find any such defects, we require you to immediately notify the Newerabalisong team upon receipt of the item. We are prepared to provide necessary support and substitute products as needed.
It should be noted that since all orders are international, we are unable to directly repair the products ourselves. On the contrary, our standard practice is to send replacement parts to resolve any warranty related issues. These components will be the same as those in your original product; We do not provide upgraded parts for replacement.
('Defects' refer to any defects in materials or processes that affect the functionality of the product. Please note that the fixedstarknife support team is not responsible for any indirect or secondary damages that may arise from the use of the product.)
2、 After sales issues, including:
Loose or rotating pivot
Hard handle
Hardware detachment or jamming
Handle clearance or excessive tapping
Zen safety pin loose
Missing component
Damage caused by transportation
Defective items must be reported within 7 days after delivery.
3、 After sales service
If you find any defects in the product, please submit an after-sales claim containing the following detailed information:
Your order number.
Display photos or videos of defects.
Your purchase date.
These detailed information will help us quickly and accurately diagnose problems and facilitate their resolution.
Please estimate a processing time of 1-3 working days after we receive your complete claim.
Once your maintenance request within the specified period is approved, we will provide necessary guidance and advice to resolve the issue.
4、 What should I do if my product arrives damaged?
After receiving your order, we suggest that you immediately inspect the goods. Please make sure to indicate any damage when signing for it, especially balisong

Please make sure to report these issues within 3 days of receiving the goods. Otherwise, it may result in Newerabalisong not accepting your claim.
Keep all original packaging materials for use in case of return.
