Our Return Policy
First
You can return the item within 30 days from the date of purchase under the following conditions:
1. The item must be in a new and unused state (not flipped, adjusted, etc.).
2. It should be the original packaging.
If these conditions are not met, returns and refunds will not be processed.
Special circumstances.
Second
If you request a cancellation/refund after the product is shipped, the return process will begin within 3 days of receiving it. You will apply for a return process (at your expense) and provide the return order number to the FixedStarKnite support team.
If you need to cancel your order, we kindly request that you send us an email within 2 days, preferably before the shipping notification is sent to you.
Third
How to return the item?
Send us a return request via email, which should include the following information:
1. Your order number.
2. Purchase date.
3. Reason for return.
4. Any relevant photos or videos.
If your return is approved, we will provide a return address. You need to pay for shipping. (US customers will receive a domestic return address, while customers from other countries will need to send the return to the shipping location.)
After receiving the return, we will process your refund.
Note: If the product does not meet the return conditions, we reserve the right to refuse a refund.
Fourth
The customer is responsible for any errors that occur when entering their shipping address, and in this case, we will not resend or refund.
We suggest that customers check and confirm their shipping address after placing an order. If there is any address change, please contact us immediately for adjustment.
If the package has already been sent out, we suggest that you contact the local courier company after the package arrives to redirect it to the correct address.
